A third generation hairstylist, passionate business owner, and mother of two, Janeé is the heart and soul of Drawing Room. Her skills as a master colorist and precision haircutter are only matched by her desire to make everyone feel at home in her chair. She and her partner Sam have spent the last 10 years creating the Drawing Room you know and love, and if you're new here, we can't wait to meet you.

Championing Drawing Room since 2015, Sam is blessed with a natural ability for connection and makes all his guests feel comfortable and heard. His haircuts are both lived in and clean, designed with your lifestyle in mind- and executed with attention to detail. Multi year winner of “Best of Marin” for barbering and short haircuts, he’s a Marin County favorite. Whether color or a fresh haircut, Sam is your guy for both long and short hair.

Alyssa Wright

Ensuring her clients feel heard, understood and feeling their best, Alyssa grew up and got her start in Mill Valley and couldn't be happier to be back. Specializing in highlights, her precision training from Sassoon in Santa Monica bolsters her ability to hear you, understand you and translate that into your dream hair. Having worked together since 1989, you'll hear Alyssa & Janeé finishing each other's sentences more often than not.

Keira Natalia Winingham

Joining the Drawing Room family in 2025, Keira is a warm and welcoming addition to the crew. With 11 years in the beauty industry Keira couples her offerings of makeup + hairstyling services for weddings, events, date nights and more with her passion for helping people feel most like themselves. Licensed in 2025, she is also expanding her service list to include cuts + color, as well as Keratin treatments, waxing, and lash services.
